Im looking at renewing mine and my lads ticket before the 30th, ive looked online and was hoping for a re new ticket box to click on and confirm same seats for us all but looks i have to do us individually again and start from scratch. I realise thats not a major ask but if i remember right i needed a different email which i dont know now to mine to register my sons ticket previously and the verifying age thing again. Anybody else find it difficult or is it me ? i think ill get an hour off work and call in to the ticket office tomorrow.
Are you signed in with correct email address? Might not let you start again as those seats will be assigned to you
You should have the option to just renew when you login. When I did mine and Dads they were both there and I just clicked on buy. You sure you logged in with the right account.
Yes, I found exactly the same yesterday - logged on and it didn't seem to recognise that I had a seat to renew and took me to the page with the seat map to pick a seat. No chance of it being registered on a different email address, I only have one. Calling the box office today.
Just renewed mine and my son's online. No bother at all. Hedged our bets and upgraded his membership from reserved to reserved+ just in case we're watching through iFollow, so he'll get away games too. All in all it's cracking value... just the small matter of avoiding relegation to sort out and job's a good 'un.
Trying to get through to the club to sort out why my account shows no reserved seat. Proving impossible at the moment. My fault for leaving it so late but it makes me wonder whether others are having the same problem as me.
I had that problem last year trying to sign up with wrong e-mail. Rang somebody up and they linked my new e-mail to my account.
I have never had any other email address. Does anyone know the correct email address to use to get in touch with the club. Thanks

This might be a daft question, but are folk signing into the box office (as opposed to signing into iFollow)? I got mine renewed online no problems by signing into the box office. It could be that there's no difference, and that I'm talking rubbish. Just thought I'd mention it.
I renewed my ticket online with no bother. I also need to renew my Disabled parking pass at the same time, but couldn't see a way to do it. I tried phoning; waste of time as it just timed out. I can't get in to the Club to do it, so any (useful) suggestions?
OK, I have resolved it and have now renewed successfully. Pretty bizarre, hard to explain. When I logged on yesterday, I used a password that got me in, but it told me to change it because it wasn't strong enough. I did so, and then there were no notifications there for renewal. Logged out and in several times, same today. The password for logging on was stored in MS Edge, so I didn't re-enter it when logging back on. Today, I tried re-entering the password, overtyping the saved one from Edge. And when I got in, the notification was there. No change to email address, just password. I can't explain that further. But it is sorted.
I had that problem as well so popped down to the box office. About 20 in a queue which never really shortened in the time I was there. Only two allowed in at a time and two serving so I doubt they ever answered the phone until the queue went down. Good distancing by people though which was good to see. Apply sanitizer before going to till and touching payment machine
Im sorted now and renewed, i was logged in to the bfc site but didnt notice i had to log in to the ticket section as well. Always something simple in the end. Wanted to renew south stand car park online but cant find that link if anyone knows. Cheers
I couldn't see that either but to be honest I wouldn't have renewed for next season anyway. At least with the season ticket you are getting something for your money because you get IFollow access. The car park money would just be money down the drain. The car park ST gives you around 7 games free. We are unlikely to get back to Oakwell before 7 games are gone in the new season. Just pay on the day. Plus I would have left it for next season as the exit from the car park is so painful with the works up in town. Maybe 21/22 I'd renew.
