Man Utd v Chelsea Arsenal v Man City Lineker to Shearer: "65 years since Newcastle last won the FA Cup. What are your memories of that day?" I'd go for a Manc final myself. Might have enough needle to raise it above the lack of atmosphere.
Man city won the efl cup earlier, so suppose say Chelsea win the FA cup. How would that affect euro comps ?
Come on Newcastle. Can't stand Ashley but someone, anyone to interrupt the borefest of the others winning it year in year out. Edit. Borefest it is.
Read today FA are hoping for 20k but it might be only for the final. If half a million can go on Bournemouth beach then 90k should be allowed at Wembley.
Not one of the home teams won their quarter final. Wonder how many years it is, since that happened last.?
I remember Arsenal being the underdog and beating Man City before in an F.A Cup Semi-Final. Arsenal still have some quality and a threat if they play how they can do it will be a close game. Although I'm not a fan of Arteta's defensive style that he showed in the league meeting earlier in the month. Once you let in a goal you're on the back foot and game plan goes out of the window. If they express themselves on Man City that's their only chance. Man Utd v Chelsea is a coin toss. Both can be absolute babba on their day. Although I'd favour Chelsea's stronger squad.
