Just entered my 7th hour of trying to get through to team knowhow I know they are on reduced staffing levels but 7+ hours is ridiculous
Got cut off at 6 last night I’m on the phone again now need to get through they’ve charged me twice and left me overdrawn

Still on with them now since early Monday morning seem to be going round in circles go through the options to return an item when you get through sorry your not in the right department I’ll put you through same again your in the wrong department I’ll put you through getting very annoying is this
At least you have a number. Amazon have simply cut every means of communication off. They can get bent.
