    I just do not understand why it isn't the prime minister every single day.

    Prime minister leading with every cabinet member there as well or at least on a massive projector zoom style so that Boris can direct questions to them

    I said to the wife earlier that he's probably returned on recuperative hours and duties. It's something that happens a lot in the civil service for example.
