    Why are they rotating between ministers anyway? It loses all credibility and effectiveness when it's just a nobody (to most people) reading off a script.

    Should be the most senior minister available

    This is what they mean by "stretchng every sinew", their latest buzz phrase for everything (the new "strong and stable".
    I really do hope they're held to account when all this is over, I'll not be holding my breath though.
