    You are giving him too much credit any later tweets or statements contradicting that will take precidence and be what he always said - its like watching 1984 in real life - today its all the fault of the WHO or are you not keeping up
    The thing I cant get my head around is his followers which seems to be around half the US dont care that he is constantly shown to be wrong and contradicting himself and accuse anyone who points out any thing that shows him to be less than perfect as being a traitor

    I honestly don't think trump cares a jot when he's caught out. He isn't a career politician like the majority of his peers: he has no integrity to protect. He's a billionaire so there's little or fat chance of him losing this status before the end of his life. He know's he tells lies lies and manipulates the truth but he doesn't care.

    I completely agree, but bizarrely, or probably not, his approval rating has gone up over the last few weeks. I have come to the conclusion we are all doomed.
