Cheers mate I’ve managed on occasion to do this method. Clicked But can see all previous. But not cowboys.

 

Can’t see it mate. After I clicky clickeyed. Are you keeping up with estate agent and his daily pick me up videos on Facebook. We can communicate via messenger if your on it mate.

Then either he didn't send it but thought he had. Or you left the conversation.

Your best bet is to start one with him and let him reply to it

Click there and fil in the relevant fields he will get it and can reply

 

It may not be a ‘conversation’ in the inbox sense it could be a ‘private conversation’ in the chat sense. When someone sent me one, I could only see the content on my laptop, not my phone (I could see I had one and their name but their message wouldn’t appear).

Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the chat box. Click on ‘private conversations’.

 

Good call. Never had a private chat but I assume that's part of the chat box
