Thanks for the advice mate, hope your wife's doing well. I've stayed well clear of looking anything up on the internet because the majority will be irrelevant or just wrong and will no doubt put the fear of God in me, I've listened to what the experts have said so far and just tried to stay positive, know it's going to be a long road but hopefully one with a happy ending
I think because I'm right at the start of my journey and a lot younger (only 45) they will go ahead, that was the feeling at my last appointment last week Hope everything goes well with your dad
Hopefully, you'll soon be clear of infection. All the best to you, both physically and emotionally, mate.
A massive mostly student Chinese population. A lot of them living on top of each other in student digs.
It isn't the worst pandemic this century *yet*. Swine Flu killed 150,000+ in 2009* *This is likely to change - although the Asian Flu of 1957 (1-2m) and Hong Kong Flu of 1968 (1m) both killed in the millions worldwide so a long way to go before it gets *that* bad (and hopefully won't)
Chances are most of the cases originated from the British middle classes who went skiing in Italy or to Spain just before the lock downs in both countries.
Good luck SR...with your treatment But come on folks surely we expected more cases in Sheffield than anywhere else after all according to them.... They are massive..
Just for some context on the Sheffield numbers... Apparently it's a testing area, so it's not so much that their numbers are high, it's just that everyone elses are too low. Although everywhere is lower than it is in reality.

The comments on that article are depressing. Blaming Immigrants that refuse to learn the language and mooch off the state.
