    No right at end he said travelling for work if absolutely necessary, no specification of what that means.
    Anyone out of pocket by staying at home could say it’s necessary.

    everyone should stay at home but I fear it’s not clear enough for some

    Of course he did. You can leave your home once a day to exercise, to shops for essential foods and to work if absolutely necessary. Other than that you stay in your home.

    Think he said non essential items as in shops only saw necessary and can’t be done from home
    As I say needs to be clearer
