    Why is everything later in the week. Will the conclusion suddenly be different then? It's the same with the Grand National. There will an announcement in due course. The powers that be whether it be football, racing, cricket know what will happen. Just get it sorted.

    I’ve had it on fairly good authority that they plan to finish the season in June, playing Saturday Tuesday

    I hope they can but if the forecast of our leaders is correct I think we will still be in lockdown then.

    So clubs will be expected to risk the wellbeing of multi million pound assets by asking them to play three times a week for however many weeks, after not playing for months.

    That would be such a bad idea.
