    I thought the same NYR. Also noticed that the maternal great grandfather of the Duchess of Cornwall was
    involved , re- Cubitt who was a leading builder back in the day. As for the programme, it took a while to get
    into it as they were just setting the scene. Hopefully, the following five episodes will be a little faster paced.?

    I’ll give it another chance as it was a scene setter but it seemed painfully slow.The moving it forward 26 years without the characters seemingly ageing a day was a real stretch though

    It was ok - not great, but ok. The characters didn't grab me, but it might grow on me in time. I've had to explain who is who again to Mrs Goat, and that never bodes well, but we shall see.

    Speaking as a 58 year old who still looks 32, the lack of aging when it moved on 26 years seemed entirely normal to me. :p:D
