I suggest we clear out our more experienced players like Mowatt Brown Woodrow Chaplin Mcgeehan Thiam Pinnilos Bahre Sollbaure and bring in a few younger players with potential. It might just work. Any other serious suggestions as something needs to change?
You’re right. If there’s one prevailing thought I’ve had this season it’s that our team is too old. Players in their 20s are just past it. The proof is there for all to see. Anyone that says otherwise is just wrong in every way

Serious ones, 1) Coach to understand and know the league we are playing in and adapt formation and team selection accordingly. 2) Pay better wages to the better players and then better players may stay longer. 3) Sign a few more expierenced players to support the younger ones. 4) Reduce squad size to the correct level by selling them or moving them on not bombing them out, which must have unsettled the squad. 5) Improve communication to the supporters. This may work.

I'd like the club to get things sorted with Mowatt, Woodrow, Brown, Wilks, Mcgeehan, Green, Sibbick and Chaplin as soon as the season ends. Either they're going or they're staying. Then set targets accordingly.

I knew our upturn in gates was down to Leeds being in the Championship and charging extortionate rates for Championship football and there would be lots of Barnsley "supporters" jump ship and go an watch them wa nkers.
