I can live with poor performances. I can even accept relegation if we aren’t good enough, if we’ve had a go. I can’t deal with gutless, spineless, clueless displays where there is no desire to win a second ball, challenge for a header in midfield. Today was summed up by Ritzmaier pulling out of a challenge on halfway he was clear favourite to win. He was too scared to go in properly. Unacceptable, not one player came off with any credit today.
A guy shouted something along this 2nd half. Totally agree with it. Always been battling Barnsley. Today we didn’t.
Players turning away from 50 50 tackles or needlessly going to ground . It was embarrassing to watch at times .
