    This time Transpennine Express- tickets are £1 so not as cheap as Northern but still worthwhile. I've just booked a return to Manchester from Leeds for May time. Website keeps crashing so a bit annoying!

    Thanks for this. My daughter uses TPE often, and I have a couple of trips to Manchester and Liverpool coming up, so IF the site ever lets me register, I could save a fair bit. Thanks. :)
