    Did you know it’s illegal to use you’re phone to make a call, but you can use your phone to take a photograph.
    It only becomes illegal if you then send that picture on to someone whilst in the car.

    I thought it was o.k. to use your phone in the car if you pulled over to the side to answer the call -- maybe not!

    But parked in a cycle lane making other drivers overtake on wrong side of road isn’t safe surely

    As ive said above mate i think the officers have broken the law in hindsight. The parking safely thing was more for red taff if he were to pull over :)

    I don't know about anyone else but I gave up on the video after a couple of minutes. Christ on a bike the host likes the sound of his own voice.

    For what its worth though you're always going to get examples of inappropriate behaviour in every group of people and The Police are no different. That doesn't mean they're all guilty and it doesn't mean that the public don't trust them in general.

    totally agree - host prattled on for in excess of 6 minutes --

    was it a set up?? - was the host waiting there until a cop-car pulled up, and a phone was used - he could have been there along time!
