    What we needed was stability and familiarity following all that Stendel situation.

    Instead we’ve got another bloke from abroad (Which is fine) but what we needed was discipline and a solid system/style that the players are familiar with.

    Nobody likes to watch 4-5-1 and men behind the ball but we needed that in my opinion. A Warnock type. Someone they can buy into. Us against them.

    I love Cruyff’s vision of football as much as the next bloke before some call me out for all the doom and gloom. I’m just trying to be realistic.

    Imo it wouldn’t have taken a monumental effort to keep in touch with 21st 20th places or even surpass them .

    I believe it's our opposition that have schizophrenia. Sometimes they capitalise on our defensive errors, sometimes they don't.

    Poor choice of description. Schizophrenia isn't having split personalities. There's enough stigma for the illness as it is. Appreciate no offence was intended...

    No there was no offence intended at all ... neither was I trying to belittle the illness especially as I suffer from mental illness as well and have done for 30 years. Could have used a better phrase so my apologies
