Didn’t go today but even watching the ‘highlights’ he looked to have bullied our centre halves.

I’ll give Sollbauer benefit of the doubt as I think the Austrian lads will take a few weeks to acclimatise to the speed of the championship.
Andersen just isn’t adjusting at all and needs a rest, as does Halme.

 

Irrelevant but their third was hand ball. It initially hit his shoulder but rolled down his right arm which definitely moved to control the ball before hitting it into the net. No blame on the ref as he would have been unsighted. Completely got wronmg side of the ....ahem..... 'defender' .- As I said, largely irrelevant given our overall woeful performance.

 

I think the keeper should have been all over the third, he was slow coming out.

 

I'm not surprised with what I've just watched because we are making the same mistakes every game. I'm also not surprised opposition fans are laughing and mocking us in a pi** taking manner!
A lot of Barnsley fans have been fairly patient with the players given last summer's recruitment but that's starting to wear out very quickly. We aren't seeing any improvement from some players, Andersen being a prime example. It's not like there's any signs of a half decent footballer there, he and several others can't do the basics.
