Knew before I'd even clicked on it that he'd have predicted us to lose. Sure enough, 2-1. Between Lawro's predictions and Garth Crooks's team of the week I find the BBC football pages a tough read.

The BBC are evil. Pay no heed to what they say.

In fairness if you had asked me before i saw the team i would have said we could well lose. I thought we would make a lot more changes.

Credit to Struber and the Club for not making wholesale changes. Going out of the Cup to a Division 4 side having been pumped at home by another Div 4 side earlier in the year, would have just about capped a brilliant season - particularly as we’re now just going into what traditionally has been our strongest part of the season - the January transfer window!!

The win today and being able to look to the fourth round draw give us something to look forward to, even if it’s just for a short period of time.
