He has played twice in three months in America. He won't start. I hope all this Rooney hype and their wages issues is a massive distraction to Derby County. I will take a point but would love a win to continue the unbeaten run. Then another huge league game to come at home a week on Saturday versus Huddersfield.
Bits of MLS I've watched have been fairly boring - like the national side - technically good, not as committed physically as English football IMHO. Rooney won't be used to Championship pace thats for sure.
