    It was the ones who don't like racists or those who wish to stir up racial hatred and divide people based on skin colour and religion.
    Enough of them that he failed miserably in his attempt to become mayor.

    The guy likes the environment, that's great. Should that mean you ignore his racist tendancies though?

    I'm afraid it was a significant factor in him losing the mayoral election.

    You can't keep pretending you'd never heard the accusations till this thread Nudge - it makes you look moronic

    I'm not pro commie or anti semitic. In fact it never occurred to me he was jewish. But I definitely knew he was racist, even the right wing media had to call him out for it, it was so obvious.

    For what it's worth... I think the entire population of London love him for NOT being racist. He's the quintessential Englishman..a bit of a card, a rogue, a rough diamond. He likes the environment (don't we all?) He is, in fact, totally innocent of any abominations, there is no evidence of him being abusive/racist in ANY language EVER. He is a genuinely nice gut and I therefore agree with Nudger..........Hmmmmm

    He’s Sooooo popular, that in an election where the torys won seats they’d never held and had no real ambition to hold - he actually lost his seat. The only sitting Tory mp to lose a seat - such a great guy.
