Not one to comment much on Premier League football, but when it's a former player (all be it a loanee), I have to say what a great footballer he is. Should get an England call up before long. The loss of him was massive in our relegation, although we finally got the equally brilliant McBurnie, after a fax machine blunder, but played him on the fecking wing under Malaise.
At the beginning of that season we got him on loan there was an article somewhere listing the top 10 English hopeful prospects and he was number 1. It was never even remotely achievable that we could have bought him. We should however have tied him contractually down for the season rather than allowing that sub human filth team of conmen to take him back early.
If we'd had got him and mcburnine for the full season we wouldn't have gone down. Imagine how different things would be. Hecky could have still been in charge.....
For all the millions of pounds of debt they got out of paying which put many small businesses in trouble. Couldn't believe how many people were happy they won the premier league after how they behaved.
Rather them than Man City. Regardless of whether they break FFP (and I'm not sure they do) at least they aren't propped up by a regime that rides roughshod over human rights. I can't stand Guardiola, he's a chequebook manager and a massive hypocrite
