    Williams came across well to be honest, seems like a good lad. More structure defensively he was saying, making sure fullbacks tuck back to avoid counter attacks.

    Struber- emphasized he wants professionals in the squad. Asked if some in the squad don't have the right attitude and he said yes and then mentioned January. Putting 2 and 2 together seems like Wilks, Cavare, possibly Thiam(?) will definitely be off. Shame about Wilks if so since he is probably one of most talented in squad but understandable if he isn't being professional.

    Struber is definitely growing on me as a manager, hopefully we start to see consistent points on the board now.

    Looks as though he's outlining his aspirations for the January window. He wants at least three new players
    but as Conway has already said the squad is too big, he will probably have to let some players go.

    I agree that Cavare and Thiam look vulnerable and as McGeehan is fancied by Wigan and Stoke, I
    wouldn't be shocked if he left as well.

    I wouldn't have any problems with those 3 leaving.... If we retain our spine and get rid of players that aren't playing while adding some quality we could be in good shape

    Conway said that it was Struber who had intimated the squad was too big.

    Players we wouldn't miss or could manage without:
    Thiam
    Cavare
    Green
    Collins/Radlinger(one of)
    Pinnilos
    Styles
    Wilks
    Just get shut or send them out on loan. Although I feel we are stuck with Mr can't be arsed Wilks for a while. 4 year bloody contract, it's no wonder he's partying !

    Personally I would be sorry to see Collins leave. Apart from one mistake, he was OK when Radlinger was out injured. I also firmly believe that Styles will mature into a very good player and we should really hang on to him.
    At the end of the day, it's all about opinions, so we will just wait to see what happens.

    Thiam - I like Thiam but I think it is time to move one
    Cavare - same as above
    Green - loan
    Collins/Radlinger - ???? These two are both quality goalkeepers, absolute madness to get rid of one, even on loan. Walton should be loaned out though
    Pinnilos - Hasn't featured all season - sell
    Styles - I like Styles and would like him in the squad but a loan could be good
    Wilks - I really want him to work out, keep and hope Struber can knock some sense into him

    Certainly wouldn't want to lose Collins and Styles is only 19 so I'd be in no rush to chalk F on him either.

    Which is odd as Murphy said the squad was too big at the meeting well before Struber was appointed didn't he?

    Styles needs to play , he's got some talent but the lack of serious game time will finish him off. He needs a proper run out in big man's football .
    Collins is too good to be a No'2 at this level, I'd be asking for a move if I was him .

    Radlinger is only on a one year deal so I think Collins will be our keeper next year and for years after...
