    That our new boss thinks that to avoid relegation, we have to tighten up at the back.

    Tightening up the defence is a more sensible approach than relying on scoring five goals every game, but at the moment the latter looks like the more realistic option.

    Attack is best way forward looking at the run of fixtures. Last thing West Brom and Preston are going to expect is us going at them.

    LOL only if they havent sent any scouts to watch us - pretty sure they will be salivating at how easy it is to rip though our defence if they watched the QPR game for example. Unfortunately for us WBA and Preston have better defences than them

    Im no coach or major tactical genius but he may just have something there. Tighten up at the back yes, yes i think hes definately on t o something.!!

    I'd go further than that and say that if we concede fewer goals than we score then there's every chance we'll win more games than we lose.

    So if we only concede one goal, we only to score... er, twice? Hang on... that means if we can keep a clean sheet... er.... we only... er... no, sorry... that's the bit I'm struggling with. Conceding no goals...? I cant get my head round that one at all. Conceding.... no... goals..?

    I think I need to go and have a lie down. My head is spinning a bit. Think I've overdone it.
