    At least you were away doing something nice. I’d fully intended to go but a stomach bug meant I wasn’t up to the drive so stayed at home in Farnham instead and had to content myself with following online. I should be fit for Millwall on Saturday but our away record this season gives me little confidence of a repatition

    Yes they turned up 5 minutes after it was due to start and then the manager of the place was rude to boot. Mrs has complained but probably wont do much good

    Super Bock. It's not a bock, and it most definitely isn't super. Luckily there's a small craft scene emerging in Portugal with some very decent brews.

    Im very much inclined to agree about the bock however I can’t match your enthusiasm for the craft scene, those that enjoy enjoyed the craft ale house we found.... dredged from the river springs to mind ;)

    It took some finding. The first craft ale place we went to in the south of Portugal seemed not to realise that in brewing, yeast is not the only ingredient you need to use!

    Lovely people lovely place what's not to like about Lisboa lol... let alone Portugal... For those who have never been.. make it one to do on your list... Porto is equally nice too....
    Mind you I'm bias lol
