I didn't bother with the Carlisle cup game or West Brom, but have seen the rest. Thing is , I was planning to not bother with Boro on Wednesday, but I'm scared I might miss a rare win, so I'll probably go. Not that I'm confident that we could win a game, but one will surely come sooner or later? One day the footballing gods will smile on us and a combination of the opposition being worse than us and not punishing us for trademark mistakes and poor marking will lead to a scruffy narrow victory.
Every home game but no away games so far. I might be going to Middlesbrough but won't know for certain until late tomorrow. If I'm honest I don't want to go.
Charlton (H) 2-2 Birmingham (A) 0-2 Luton (H) 1-3 Leeds 0-2 (H) Forest (A) 0-1 Brentford (H) 1-3 West Brom (A) 2-2 Huddersfield (A) 1-2 Looked best against West Brom, worst against Brentford. We've not looked utterly hopeless against anyone other than Brentford but the fine margins mean a couple of stupid mistakes at either end and we don't get the 3 points.
Season ticket. Only game ive missed was brentford due to work. No away games. I definitely wouldn't be wasting my money if id not bought a season ticket probably since the luton debacle.....
I'd watched 9 out of the first 11 (Missed the Carlisle match and the Birmingham away match) and then the Stendel fiasco happened and i said that i refuse to give this club another penny of my money until at least after January. So now with my season ticket already bought and paid for i attend the home matches. Only way they can get me to part with my money after then would be if they A. Corrected their horrific 21 word statement in regards to Stendels departure and B. If they don't sell the crown jewels in january along with giving Struber what he needs in order to have a fighting chance in this division. But i won't hold my breath.
We’ll win again, don’t know where, don’t know when.....but I know we’ll win again one sunny day. Christ knows when though
No away games to date, and missed Bristol City home game as we'd booked a family break in London before the switch to Friday for TV.
I honestly thought we might nick it at 2-2 yesterday. The momentum was with us, and Blackburn fans had been on their backs. It was perfect for us, but sadly the script seems pre written, and yesterday's didn't have a Scoobydoo ending.
All bar one. I had a ticket - and coach ticket - for Wigan, but a train got stuck on the track between Sheffield and Barnsley and I ended up not going. I could've got the train to Wigan, but my match ticket was (and presumably still is) in the club shop, and I didn't feel like stumping up another £23 or whatever. It means I missed half of our away points for the season. Typical that there wasn't a broken-down train on the day we went to Deepdale.
I didn’t go, I’ve just lost the will at the moment sadly. Been to Wigan, Forest and Hudds but not got plans for any more as things stand. My lad went and at 2 2 text to say we might win the way we were playing. Be like us to let another in I said.....2 mins later the reply came....’and we have’.
