Poor lad only seems to get on when we are 2 or 3 goals down

Just seen the highlights. Fantastic goal, made a great run into space and made it look easy. Hobestly hipe he is given more game time to be honest.

Took his goal extremely well. Thomas' pass for McGeehan's goal was quality too. And shout out to Diaby for the way he supported Collins after the mistake. Not sure it was worth getting that cold for those three incidents though.

    3 in 3 for him (inc U23s).

And another international call-up for him.

Took some balls to run in and finish against a keeper like Butland.

Not sure whether to be happy or sad for him. Great run and finish and opening his account is worthy of congratulation.

However, when a young lad moves to a new country to play in one of the world's most competitive leagues, he probably didn't imagine his first goal would involve scoring a belter long after over half the crowd had gone home and with scarcely a cheer from those who remain. You have to feel for him a bit.

Think Radlinger will be back in nets after international break.

The mistake wasn’t the kick. It was allowing him to take the kick from that area. It should have been left to Cavare.

They did the same thing last week...better kick but it's an unnecessary risk.

Wide open. Like a sweet shop.

LJ said last week - our back line is so high up, it’s suicidal.

For me, it wasn't even that. It was the fact that he rushed it instead of setting himself first. Keepers take kicks from there all the time, but they don't usually hack at it like a goal line clearance.

    Exactly this.

Why we have our keeper taking fee kicks even 1 yard from the halfway line baffles me.

Today is why we should refrain from it.

Collins had been excellent for me. Unfortunately a mistake from a keeper generally means a goal.

Up to now he's saved us more than made mistakes.

    Probably our best signing.

I wouldn’t drop him for solely for it - but I would expect it not to happen again. Potentially you could argue he’s following instructions to take it from there though....

Collins has done well, but I’m still a Radlinger fan, and believe he brings that bit extra.
