I think that we are stuck with them for a while. Two points here: New owners are hard to find. We have yet to see a new manager. I think that we need to see this appointment and how the board react in January. They must realise they "c0cked up" big time in the summer. Will they just accept that relegation is inevitable, like most on this site, or will they fight to try and retain Championship status. The sale of one or more of the more experienced players on January will, give us our answer.
Problem is I don't think they are interested as long as they are turning profit which they will when Mowatt and Woodrow leave!
The fans should own the club, it’s heartbreaking to see what they’re doing. I pray to god that the council don’t consider selling their share of the ground to these pollocks. That’ll be the end of us if we as a community don’t keep control of that 50% of the ground.
fans owning to he club is not that easy. We would need a substantial number to risk large sums of money (for the average supporter). Haven't Portsmouth fans sold out to a new owner? Look at the upheaval after administration and the Ridsdale fiasco. I am not saying that fans should not Take over a club, I think this is the situation at Exeter. However, we may well have to consider a life as an associate member of the EFL unless we can attract alternative owners.
