    Very well, Ian. Hope you and yours are fit and well, too?
    I remember Levein not playing with a striker when he was Scotland boss. Then, after Scotland had unsurprisingly lost, he refused to discuss the issue when questioned.

    Thing is mate, Craig did exceptionally well with us before the SFA stepped in and offer him the poison challis of the Scotland job.
    So really after he chose to leave us it has all been down hill.
