    I always think of Agnew as an 8, and for a shorter while, a 10. I thought Lowndes was more often 7?

    Total sham.

    Do not reply to email complaints

    Do not have a customer services phone number

    Ban you from their Facebook.page for negative comments.

    And the trust pilot review page about them is littered with fake five star reviews.

    This. I've never ordered from them but I've heard bad things.

    Plus that picture of the cushion is clearly a photoshop so the product may not even actually exist.

    I got a mug in a ceefax design for a relatives birthday.

    It arrived late. (Says 3 to 5 working days for delivery)

    And looked nothing like the design on their site and was of cheap poor quality.

    Avoid.
