Course there is, we start winning games and no one will give a flying fuq about what happened today.

Cannot see the mood of the current squad being lifted by current events.

January seems a long way away.

If we recruited accordingly then I’m sure Daniel could have managed this in time

I'm sure they can.I've been watching Barnsley 54 years now and every chairman at sometime as suffered some flack from the fans for various reasons. When Barnsley are winning they buy in to whats going off. When were losing the same fans blame"everybody n the fatha" to coin a phrase.
Dojn't forget the stick J.D got pitch invasions, sack the board placards. What did he do ? he sat tight and we got promotion. He was now a hero.12 months after, relegation accusations of taking money out and buying a new fleet of wagons.
now a zero.Think of all the unfair stick Patrick had, most men would have walked away then where would we have been.
Until we find out why Daniel has gone its wrong to appoint blame to anyone.I'll keep my council and see how things unfold and not act like a spoilt bairn because things haven't gone so well.

I fear the same but I'll be on a tramp steamer mid Atlantic heading towards the Caribbean, might ease the pain but not by much.

Some may be as fickle to just worry about results. And yes, winning helps. But frankly, I'm more bothered about how we act. The decisions we make to try and win and the fairness ad integrity in doing so.

At this point, I don't want another manager. As petty, self defeating and childish as it may sound, I actually want us to be relegated. We deserve it from our actions.

To sack someone a day or two before a court hearing, that's crass.

So for some, it may all be about results and nothing else, but I'm just not built that way.

My support of owners is not unconditional.

Neither is my support but the support of my club and team is.

This doesn't feel my club because of the owners actions. Sadly, its very difficult to separate what you support. Support the team and "club" and you support the owners.

I can't believe you've said you want us to be relegated.I love Stendel as much as the next supporter and last season was one of my favourites for a long while. The fact is he is now gone and we've got to regroup. So if we appoint a manager who keeps us up you're not willing to give any credit.

The actions of sacking Stendel are disgusting, and that's before you take into account the court case timing.

I can't support that. What happens next is pretty immaterial to me at this moment in time, so yes, I'd take as much enjoyment in us going down as if we stayed up. None, either way.

I'd love to appoint a manager who could keep us in the championship. And yes, then the owners would be applauded BUT they cant undo yesterday/today's events. Even if Daniel had behaved awfully to them behind the scenes you dont put a statement like that out. It shows them in a really poor light.
