Couldnt understand when the ref played advantage the ball was on his favoured foot he should have took it on his self, instead he passed to woodrow who I could see from the ponty woodrow was a mile offside. Frustrating stuff.
Too early to make a proper assessment but so far he's looked pretty much how I expected given his stats and career to date. He's decent, a useful option, but not really someone we want to be depending on every week for goals. He's never really been a goal scorer of note though, rather a handy attacker who can play across a front three. He reminds me of Chris Dagnall in that there's something there and he'll do ok, but we need other options to get goals.
Such an odd signing. Doesn't look a striker or winger so not sure what he is. Had a very average season at league one level and yet we thought he could make the step up and we were willing to give Coventry a profit on him. All so baffling.
