Davies is 3rd choice he would have to get to 2nd to replace butland

 

He'd be third choice at Oakwell for me now, if he was here. Great season last year, but woeful in the championship the season before. Good luck to the lad, may get loaned back to L1 in January, drawing £20k a week.

 

I'd have done the same if I was him. He's no ties to tarn and will be laughing his **** off on a right wedge

 

I like the look of Collins I think he will end up a really good keeper but jury is still out on the German keeper he scares me to death at times.

 

I wouldn't. I'd far rather be captain and no.1 goalie on more money than most in Barnsley/Sheffield and Leeds earn

Strictly speaking you just change jobs at 33ish. There's no law against ex-footballers having a different job when they no longer play football.

 

Yeah but most of them aren't particularly clever and have zero qualifications other than playing football

 

Yep. He still has to do all the training etc but doesn't get the fun stuff of the actual matches and the adrenalin rush.

 

Loads of jobs in football for ex footballers. Or failing that get a new trade. 33 is still really young.
