Sampling a few bottles whilst watching the match and have come across McKewans Champion. Lovely drop, but at 7.4%, quality over quantity.

Been drinking it a few months now and it’s very moorish but discipline is needed at that volume.

I lack discipline in all respects, sounds like the perfect beverage for me

It’s nice tasted no doubt about that but you can stand a teaspoon up in glass .

Think our lass got it from Aldi. It's deceptive stuff. Goes down really easily, but sneaks up on you.

I reckon if I had 3 or 4 of these I'd be sillier than normal.

Not seen it in Aldi but I’ll have s look .
King Goblin from the Hob Goblin range is nice and 6.5% along with a strong version of Abbot Ale .
I prefer stronger ales as they are more tastier than the slightly weaker ales but you have to remember not to drink them as you would normally .
I generally start of with a couple then finish off with Guinness otherwise I’m b********* and no good next day.

Yes. McEwans Headspace . Not as strong and I’m not bothered about taste tbh.

No, I've only just discovered this stuff. Taste wise it'll take some beating.
