Chuck it all on a 4 year contract for Stendel at £20k/week. Probably quadruple his wage and tie him down for 4 years - and Moore’s fee would cover it all.

Not like our responsible owners would ever do anything so risky though

Why waste money though? I honestly think money will not be decisive in Daniel staying or going.

I'd spend some of it on a rat catcher

I think I’ve encouraged Mr. Rattus to leave. Explained to him we’re tight arses with the heating in the winter, and gently explained what time of the month it’s coming to. He saw the missus’ face and I’ve not seen him since.

I think realistically money is at least a significant factor in anyone’s career choices. Of course there are things that would trump it for him, but it would be a very difficult thing for him to pass up.

Seeing as there's finally decent beer in the fanzone, a hummus van would surely be the natural next step. Along with a wood-fired oven baking fresh focacia with sun dried tomatoes, fresh herbs and a chilli olive oil and organic barrel aged balsamic vinegar dip. Could you help with this?

    Honouring contracts means nothing nowadays
either to players or agents who I feel are a lot to do with the state of football in this day and age.
