I discovered this week that the coating on microwaveable popcorn bags is carcinogenic. Which is extremely disappointing.
Don’t know, but he’s definitely banned. Had the little banned symbol next to his name when you go to his profile on Tapatalk
Interesting thing about many of the messages on this thread is that they focus on the messenger rather than on the message. if the OP was from someone who is 'unknown' and who rarely posts my guess he/she would have had a lot more support (and no personal insults!)
You are missing the point here darling. As I have previously said in this thread - I have no grievance whatsoever with the people working in the shop. The young guy on the computer was doing his best. Let me just outline what’s happening here. Although there are THREE computer terminals in the shop there is only ONE computer terminal dealing with ALL the ticket sales. That one computer has a relatively small screen attached to it - that is to say, whatever is shown on that screen is used by both the guy sat at the computer and the customer, therefore the screen is turned halfway for the customer to strain over the shop counter to try and see it. What you see on the screen has no baring on how the blocks of seating are set out in the ground. For example, what seems to be aisle seats are often seats in the middle of the seating block. The problem here lies with the lazy attitude and poor customer relations that exists within the hierarchy of the club. These people within the club know that they will get our custom no matter what sh.ite they throw our way - so they have provided the least effective customer care service that they possibly can. I’m not joking when I said that customer care services at some corner shops that I have been in are better than what you find at Barnsley Football Club. Try visiting the shop to try and find a good seat (especially on a busy day) and see for yourself. It’s a pathetic set up. We have an American CEO that has just taken over from another American CEO. Now I know Gally likes America. Question is - would this dismal level of customer service be acceptable in America ??? Because I know that it certainly would NOT.
No I haven't. If I could be arse I could go down to Oakwell to ask for season tickets and I guarantee you it would be nothing like YNs recount. As I say, mountains out of mole hills.
I don't understand why they aren't using the actual box office ALL of the time. There could just be one staff member on call at the press of a button at slack times, if they can't spare a full time body. It must confuse the hell out of non-regulars and look unprofessional when the signposted ticket facility isn't open.
Yeah, I kind of agree with this. Keep it open, but just fix a wireless doorbell on the desk like most small places do.
Thing is nudge wasn't happy just for two seats. Who would expect aisle seats to be left at this point in season. Then next he'd be asking if a stantion was in view and if there was seat cushions with his initials embroidered on.
Oh I hope not. Such refreshing pompous arrogance shouldn't be missed. If he's allowed back we may even get another sulking, narcissistic outburst designed to make us all feel for him when he f**ks off again.
Don't know about anyone else, but I'm programming the DeLorean for 1985, when only about 5000 of us showed up every week..
