Really? I was only saying he was past his best,( and has been for a while imho) its not as if he's likely to read it. If we are going to watch how we rate players performances, there is going to have to be a big change in the way we word things on here!
I don't like him - by that I mean his public and professional persona; I don't know him as a person. Never took to him, but inwardly respect him for having the ability to do a job I would have loved to have done. I also think he is past it. And I have held that thought for a good few years now. And every time I have commented similar though, he has generally gone out and put in a record-breaking or match winning performance. So I'd lump on him for being man-of-the-series in the upcoming Ashes.
