    I can think of other things to do. You said they were "arguing". Are you saying it was purely verbal or do you consider it might have turned physical? If it's physical then surely it's self defence?

    I'm wondering if Deetee would take the same stance if it was his pregnant wife/girlfriend/daughter who was shot in the stomach for having an argument with someone. Even if she punched someone whilst arguing (although nothing I have seen says it was more than an argument), would he think shooting them in the stomach and killing their baby was an appropriate response?
