The club announced a few weeks ago that they had had a record sales day of the early bird offer - think they sold about 1100 season passes in one day. This was comprised of renewals and new fans. That's the only official announcement re season tickets that I'm aware of. U Reds!
On a quick perusal of the seating plan with greyed-out (taken) seats I'd be guessing about 10,500. However, a total as good as that would surely have been referred to in a club post. So maybe 9,000 to 10,000?
Just wondering if this new membership scheme has put a few punters off. Isn't it in effect an extra fee you have to pay on top of your season ticket price, albeit with a few soft benefits
No the standard membership was exactly the same price as the Season ticket last season. At least for the Early Bird. There was an enhanced scheme for an extra £15 which gives a few benefits
Oh ok. I thought there was like a 3-tiered system : standard,Reds Plus, and something else that charged you more as you went up the tiers,my mistake
With half the West Stand shut we only have 14,400 home seats, a decent sale of STs could see a few games where the home end is sold out.
