    Anyone else in central Barnsley having problems with Virgin TV or phone? Have inexplicably lost several telly channels and everytime I call the 150 faults line or the 0345 alternative, the line goes dead withhout even ringing

    Same in Harrogate mate although channel 885 gets ITV back

    Thanks. Have just discovered from website that there's a national issue involving loss of ITV and Channel 4 services. Engineers on the case.

    Same problem here in Wakefield. Although all stations are back on now. Becoming too regular a feature.
    I've got my TV, Broadband, Land line and Mobile with them. Couldn't get broadband a bit back.
    All too keen to put prices up, but not a peep from them, when they interrupt your services.

    I'm the same, everything with Virgin. Just got the latest router, v6 boxes but last week it was broadband outages and now tv.

    That's the problem with the virgin... They don't always satisfy your needs... Which is evident in this thread... they go missing at the crucial stage... Cough il get mi coite lol

    We lost all Sky HD channels last week then last night lost ITV & Channel 4, although that was a lucky escape as the better half was watching BGT at the time :)

    We also have a mobile phone account with them and they gave us 5GB of extra data when the services were interrupted the other week, but being on unlimited data it didn't really make a difference.
