In my opinion, one of the best bands around, at present. Proper musicians, proper lyrics and certainly not only geared up for the 'young un's', as they sound somewhere in between The Kinks and Arctic Monkeys. I've seen them 6 times, think my daughter has clocked 10. Amazing live, especially open air.
And me. Lost count of how many times I’ve seen ‘em. First saw them early on in the day in 2008 at Benicassim not long after they had released St Jude. My brother in law had got into them so I went along. They were awesome and I became a fan. Hopefully I’ll see them at Glasto this year although they are on The Other stage right before the killers headline the Pyramid stage so will have to choose Anyone else off to Glastonbury?
Seen em couple of times. My son and his mates just bought 4 tickets of the twickets sight for £50 each. I don’t like heaton park though, terrible venue
I wish, more than anything, that I was going to Glastonbury, it is my dream to take my kids and show them what the best weekend of your life really is. But, for years now, I can't get tickets. 3 years back, I even upgraded my broadband to some top notcher, as I had been blaming that for the reason I couldn't get tickets. So, not been since 2010!! Hope you have a top, top festival mate, and would be grateful for any ticket hints, in September-October, when I shall be trying, once again, to buy them.
Remind me before ticket day. I created a script this year to open 20 connections to the website each time you clicked it. I did manage to get in twice with that method. We usually have 4 or 5 of us trying as well. (although only knocked the script up just before so they didn't have it).
