It was wrong when Corbyn got an egg thrown at him and it's wrong to throw milkshake at anyone just because you don't agree with them. It has to stop and it has to stop now - unprovoked assault is indefensible regardless of whether you think you can justify it or not.

I hope the courts make an example of this idiot because this has to stop.

Just a minute this ******* Farage goes around the country wiping up hatred and as soon as we leave the EU he's off to live in Yankee land as stated by himself why he took £450,000 from the bent Aron Banks he deserves everything he gets for me, Channel 4 has found the p1llock out and who would have thought it Gordon Brown telling how twisted this Brexit party is with there funding. Vote Tory, Vote Labour, Vote Lib Dem, Vote Green Vote SNP, Vote owt but NOT this bent Nigel Farage party if it is one.

Assault is still assault whether you agree with them or not. Having a different opinion does not give you the right to act in this way and any right thinking person would condemn these actions. I don't agree with too many politicians at the minute, this current mob are a disgrace but I would never take this kind of action against any of them.

Civilised people debate those they don't agree with, they don't assault them.

It's a slippery slope and it must be stamped out.

Whilst I don't disagree with a lot of what you say...Gordon Brown possibly hasn't realised the PayPal system is identical to that used to fund The People's Vote campaign.

Is Gordon Brown campaigning on behalf of the Peoples Vote campaign ?? or just to stay in theE.U., I have heard an election authority on one of the news channels (cannot remember the name, that's my trouble owd age I tend to forget and only remember part) is now looking into Farage's Party's funding so sumat must be amiss.

Gordon was calling for a People's Vote from November 2018...according to the Guardian..I'm not sure how closely he involved himself in the actual campaign management...but he is supporting it...which is fine, that's not a dishonest position, I like Brown...he's a decent man...but I think it is remiss of him to criticise others who are using the same system as The Peoples Vote campaign to raise funding, particularly so close to an election.

I have to admit my first reaction to Farage getting milk shaked was a smirk. I detest the man and all he stands for. However, you're right Mario it serves absolutely no purpose. It's not going to change anyone's mind on his policies and will only entrench the views of his supporters. It's also the thin end of a dangerous wedge that could lead to an environment of political violence that no one should want.

I hate Farage and everything he stands for.

I want his politics, and his ilk, to not be part of the discourse. Same with Lennon. Farage's shitty propaganda went back in the postbox and I hope he has to pay to receive it.

But if it's wrong to murder Jo Cox, then it's wrong to assault Farage. Next time it might not be a milkshake.

I believe the world would be a better place if Farage were dead. But it isn't a road we should be going down.

Quite possibly but your post specifically referenced the right. And your post was specifically a defence of that ideology.
