    I think that, as the only games of real interest remaining are now those competing for 1st, 2nd and 6th spots, it is highly likely to be ourselves and the Luton match on Sky so expect the beam back to be a no go.
    Would expect something official this morning however.

    Southend have been on TV a few times at home, against ourselves and Portsmouth, so perhaps they are familiar with the camera setup etc required, rather than working it out at short notice. Also the relegation battle is the more interesting game, who finishes first out of two already promoted teams doesn't really have the same ramifications.

    All about viewing figures Sunderland have the biggest fan base in the league their playing away and Southend could go down.

    No it doesn’t but who finishes in the playoffs does and Sunderland’s already there.
    I could understand it if it were posh or Donny but there’ll be better viewing figures for their advertisers with Mackems . Nowt to do with money mind .

    The Doncaster or Posh matches would have been better than Sunderland - at least they have something to play for ! Maybe Sky are planning on having us docked 10 points for playing Mcgeehan in our last game :cool: Ah well - bring on the beam back !!!!!
