    All these little things at the club are slowly but surely beginning to push the club on in a positive way. You could probably list over 20 things that have positively impacted on the club since we got relegated from youth development to murals on the wall. If we continue on this path I’m convinced that the ability to attract more to games and even influencing players to choose here over certain other clubs will come to bare.

    On the tour Steve was saying that the set up and training facilities being so close to the ground was seen as a very positive thing. Apparently it impressed Ethsn Pinnock and his Dad

    Yep. There's a temptation to nit pick and niggle about what the owners are doing with the first team but you have to hand it to them that there does seem to be a constant stream of good practice and publicity regarding their intentions to improve the fan experience.
    I'm pretty proud of the way our club seems to be perceived now in the media and within the game.
