    So Charlie boy lands in Cuba . Walks down the aeroplane steps.. British RAF officer stood at the base of the steps salutes... What's Charlie boys reaction... Walks on ignoring service man's salute... Surely Charlie boy should return the salute... if he wears his uniform and medals at every given state occasion why does he not then acknowledge his salute to the said service man out of respect.

    I'm not been funny here... But Why's that then...? He acting as Head of state... In an official position .... I'm not a military man... But surely he should respond... The yanks do..

    Must be me then being picky but I think it's a mark of respect for our service men and woman... I know when I see the president of the
    U. S. of A.... Lol returning the salute given .. I think mutual respect is given and reflects pride.... Saying that I admit we never had to salute officers in the merchant navy... Must just be me getting old... Lol... thanks for replies

    Sky have just reported that mcgeehan didnt do the same and a panel of experts are looking at banning him for 3 games!
