    Cup Semi Final The Arabs versus Callie Thistle.? Should be a decent game.
    See you're doing well in the League as well Ian, lying second behind Ross
    County at the moment. Be great if both United and the Reds could achieve promotion this
    season.

    It's actually the Q/F tie. But I agree a double promotion would be great.

    So it is Ian. You look to do OK against them. Have you drawn home and away and beat
    them 1-0 at Tannadice.? I've passed Callies ground when I was on holiday in Inverness.
    Bet it's a right trek for you lads to get up there isn't it.?

    Yeah just over 3 hours. ICT and Ross County both long trips. Murder doing it in the winter. The ground usually freezing with it being right on the water.

    The Stadium looked very basic when I passed it. Recall there was a large wing stand with a
    couple of smaller ones on the opposite side to the main Stand and one behind the "home " end.
    We had stayed in a hotel locally where the carpets, curtains etc were decked out in the tartans
    of some of the Clans that fought on Bonnie Prince Charlie's side at Culloden.

    Donny our performance was unacceptable.
    Yes league is more important but that sort of performance won't win many points.
    True to say that I'm gutted tonight but if we did win today I'm sure we would have suffered a very heavy defeat in the semi so maybe a blessing in disguise.
    Anyway I'm at hospitality and the beers are flowing so not all bad.
