After watching today and Sat just gone , I proves 2 me we are lacking in impact players from bench, adebiagio is lacking in all departments and hedges is well., hedges he runs round but does nothing , this could be costly if we don't take our chances.
We've a decent 12 0r 13... that's it, its Conways gamble, don't want to spend in case we don't go up... We look numb up front without Moore and need him back, but everyone at Oakwell is tight lipped.. which is not good in my view. I stand by what I've said all season... our promotion will depend on how many injuries we have..
Stendel doesn't start him, even with only one other striker fit at the club. So what does that say? If he can't get a game in L 1 then what use will he be if we go up?
I have been worried the past week that they are keeping something from us with Moore..... That comment from Stendel makes it sound like they wanted him to play today. During the week club started play the protocol line. Did they not know about protocol after the Wycombe game? If they did like any club would why didn't they completely rule him out for today then? If he's back next weekend fair enough. If he's still not back it wouldn't be a shock as something doesn't add up. They can't use the protocol excuse next week so if he's not fit to play we might find out more about his condition as it's all been hush hush so far.
Who is being tight lipped? Where has there been a question put to the club, when has it been answered in a tight lipped manor? Moore has a head injury and needs to be treated with caution. The club are following a protocol. Plus a doctor would need to say he was ok to eventually play, irrespective of his injury.
Nice one! I shall stick to Cluedo. The victim is Moore, fractured skull, by virtue of the elbow (or head), by Gillingham centre half, on the pitch.
