This is on the BFC ticket information page for this coming Saturday. I bet the supporters making the long journey down will be glad that they can see the pitch. Makes the effort worthwhile, doesn't it.
They mean the area that the place to get drinks is in sight of the pitch. Not allowed alcohol in sight of the pitch, hence no alcohol.
The pitch is visible from the location of the drink-vending facilities - because Fratton Park is an ancient, decaying shithole. Hence no alcohol is for sale as you can't legally drink it in view of the pitch.
The area where drinks are sold for away fans is in view of the pitch. You are not allowed alcohol in view of the pitch. You can’t buy alcohol because the place where drinks are sold is in view of the pitch.
Had this intimated to our party when I was a guest in a "box" at the old Millmoor (it was a stacked portacabin, in reality). We ended up drinking Glenfiddich from cups and saucers, which satisfied the Old Bill but did not end too well!
Fa need to change the ruling. I went to the wigan v roosters rugby game and everybody was drinking beer at there seats making the concourse and toilets not to busy and making the overall atmosphere electric.
We all know it’s got more to do with “some” football fans needing to behave and then the fa might consider it.
It all makes perfect sense to me too . Mind you it gets clearer the more you drink especially when you get to the bottom of the bottle hic... Word of warning... It does however.. Make you get your Mucking fords wuddled when drinking
That’s good. With the way everyone else was replying to me, I thought it was showing up for everyone else as gibberish
