Not really, so if this girl committed a crime here or in Syria then she needs to be tried in a court with a judge and lawyers. As it happens, I think she could be charged with being a member of a prescribed terrorist organisation for example. Probably we can’t rely on the courts in Syria to be fair or fall within what we consider to be fair justice. So she needs to come back here be charged and go to jail. I mean, would you be happy if we had some Jamaican Yardie , in jail for alleged crimes, who was here illegally and Jamaica just said “ we don’t want him back”.
