Fantastic actor. It's not a fantastic film but I thought his supporting role in Erin Brokovic and his perfectly pitched stand offs with Julia Roberts turned what could have been a piece of schmaltz into a very watchable film that showcased two people who can play with your emotions and there's no better accolade. He'll be remembered for being in productions with more critical acclaim, but that's as good as acting gets as far as I'm concerned.
Ohh ok Dragon, tahh for replying and Im serious as well. I genuinely didnt know who this thread was about. Albert was sort of before my time as a film and Tv fan, for when he was in his prime. But I do remember his more recent roles, like in Skyfall and the Bourne films as well.
I think I'm all out. I saw pretty woman, mystic pizza, flatliners and sleeping with the enemy a long time ago but I remember next to nothing about them other than at least three of them were **** and mystic pizza wasn't all that good. Pelican brief was alright and she was the bit of fluff in the ocean's stuff but now I'm struggling.. Oh. Notting Hill. To my shame I quite like that.
She was tinkerbell in Hook wasn't she. I liked that. That's all my femenist credentials out of the window.
Tbf that's blown me out of the water. Wasn't she in My Best Friends Wedding? Not that I have a clue what happens in that although I vaguely remember Rupert Everret singing
****. I'm starting to remember good films she was in but didn't play a starring role: confessions of a dangerous mind, Charlie Wilson's war, I think she was in the player. Steel magnolias is OK That's it ,I really am done
She's good in Homecoming though I was ultimately disappointed with the show. I've also got a soft spot for Mona Lisa Smile but don't tell anyone.
