    Good afternoon to you all. I have been a long-time browser and finally taken the plunge. I'm John, I am in my forties and an avid Red since the early-eighties. My favourite player from the past would have to be my Ian Banks and of the present squad I'm really keen on lots but would perhaps say Alex Mowatt who tends to get us playing. If he plays well then the Reds generally follow.

    Welcome aboard, mate. I imagine travelling to and from Oakwell can be a bit of a pain at times for you, especially during the Winter months!

    I live over here but I'm from Barnsley and have family & friends that I usually spend time with for home matches. I'm at my brother's place tonight for example so we can get straight in from Cudworth tomorrow.

    They are behind. Not a bad midfield though. Non of them can hit a ball like Banger, or run with it like King Ronnie like.
